Standardized Time Act (10/15/2021)
Proposed by House Minority Leader Ruben's Mom

  1. All Joint Sessions of Congress pertaining to the Electoral College Counting of Votes Shall take place at the earliest, 5pm EST, and 10pm EST at the latest, the Sunday after the election. Members of Congress shall be given a 1 hour notice ping before the Joint Session takes place.
    A hour warning MUST be given or the Joint Session should not be authorized to start, and if it starts without a one hour warning, the session shall be declared void.
  2. Barring any election challenge or any other delay, the incoming President and Vice President shall be sworn in at 12am EST the Monday after the election.
