Amendment to the FAA Establishment Act (2/18/2021)

Proposed by Ruben of the Great Lakes. It's worth noting that the act that this amends did not pass, so this law has no legal effect.

If the FAA Establishment Act passes:

To avoid corruption, have the leader of the FAA be appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate. It simply doesn't make sense for the guy in charge of making a profit from airplanes to be the one making the rules.
