Passed in the House of Representatives and the Senate, and ratified by over 2/3 of the State Legislatures
The nation is currently operating on a few extra commonly agreed upon constitutional amendments, but we haven't actually written them down anywhere. This bill is here to change that.
The "Changes":
1) A presidential term is 2 weeks long,
2) Congress is elected in the same pattern as irl,
3) People cannot become citizens during Congressional and Presidential elections (Saturdays), with the exception of special elections.
4) The amount of House representatives there are per state is determined by this formula: (Population / 3) rounded down.
5) There is one senate seat per state, the House and Senate will have the authority to increase this to two with a 1/2+1 majority of the entirety of the House and Senate
6) We disregard all the rules regarding that you have to be born in the US, your age, etc to hold office.
7) Bills have to stay in the House / Senate to be voted on for 12 hours.
